Becoming a Sponsor

Our Anniversary Annual Ulinzi Walk this year is on Saturday, 12th, 2019 at Kigali Convention Center.

We are looking for sponsors interested in making this year's Ulinzi Walk bigger and better than ever.

Our new irresistible sales pitch cannot be ignored:

This year we are fundraising for BCIEA programs and are strictly being guided by our strategic plan with all proceeds 100% going to BCIEA programs.  No donation is too small as we enter our second decade!.

 

There are a few different ways your company can support this cause.  You can donate raffle items, become a sponsor or participate as a vendor. For a full list of donation and sponsorship options, please        see list to the right.

 

When you become a sponsor for the Ulinzi Walk, your logo and brand will appear on BCIEA publications, promotion and web sites. 

You will be prominently on display at the venue with your banners,flags, Signs and flip charts plus opportunity to showcase your brand.

Option 1 – Monetary Donations:

 

  • Platinum Donation -  1,000,000 rwf or more

  • Gold Donation -              500,000 

  • Silver Donation -            250,000

  • Bronze Donation -         180,000

 

Option 2 – Vendor Sponsorship:

Your company can choose to sponsor the following services for the Ulinzi Walk up to 150,000

 

  • DJ Booths

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Water Stations

 

Option 3 – Mile Marker Donation:

Companies can sponsor mile markers for the walk participants for 150,000. The marker will include your logo and a slogan or quote of your choice.

 

Option 4 – Promotional Items Donation

Your company can donate a variety of promotional items for the Ulinzi Walk participants and attendees, Including, but not limited to:

 

  • Handheld Fans

  • Stationery

  • Travel Bags

  • Sports Gear

  • Sunglasses

Option 5 – Raffle Items

Items donated will be raffled off at the event and can include, but are not limited to the following items:

  • Gift Certificates

  • Hotel Stay

  • Air Ticket

  • Tour packet

  • Gift Baskets
